Position: Business Development Manager/Controller (Permanent, Full Time)

H.T. Pneumatic Rebuilders Inc. is a leading provider of pneumatic equipment and solutions, specializing in rebuilding and servicing pneumatic machinery for various industries. As we embark on our journey to the next level of growth and success, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our team.

We are looking for a results-driven Controller, with experience in the industry, who will play a pivotal role in taking H.T. Pneumatic Rebuilders Inc. to new heights of financial and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving financial excellence in a dynamic business environment.

Job Description & Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and enhance profitability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Take our company to the next level by being creative, and developing new business plans/opportunities, and overseeing our overall performance

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support business operations

  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to senior management

  • Must have a CPA or MBA designation

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the air tool industry (experience working at Mac Tools, Snap-on, or a similar business is a bonus!)

  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals

Position: Air Tool Repair Technician (Permanent Full Time)

Job Description & Qualifications:

  • Responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and assembling air tools

  • Basic computer skills required (i.e., data entry)

  • Willing to train on site

  • Handy and willing to work alone and with a team

  • Speaks English as you will be communicating with customers

Position: Office Administrator (Permanent Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

  • Provide customers with a hospitable experience

  • Provide support with receiving shipping and customer’s drop offs and pick ups

  • Ensure office supplies, inventory, and essential documents are organized

  • Work directly with our office in Calgary and Tool Technicians

  • Identify and address problems and areas of improvement to management

  • Monitor office equipment for proper operation

Qualifications:

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • Work authorization (required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • Fluency in English (required)

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Great time management skills
